A Weekend of Adventure Yoga in Hanoi! Stephen returns for another visit to Zenith Yoga in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
Friday Night – Oct 14 – 6:00-8:00p – Reflect & Restore
We do all the work of yoga in order to spend time with ourselves, to be comfortable sitting and thinking. We will start by opening our bodies, then folding our bodies and breathing our bodies. This will prepare you to wrap it all up with a meditation to end your week and prepare you for your weekend.

Adventure Yoga Alignment-Infused Vinyasa class
For all students with a regular practice
Yoga is not just action, it’s skill in action. In Adventure Yoga vinyasa classes you will work to move and to flow skilfully. You will learn to be more conscious of your actions so you can get into your flow with skill.
Saturday – Oct 15 – 1:00 – 4:00 – Hatha – Wake Up and Smell The Coffee
A Hatha Practice To Wake You Up
Yoga is coffee for your body. Get ready to wake up your body and wake up your mind. Your adventure in yoga, and your adventure in life, begins with waking up. Stephen will help you wake up and break free of what your friends and family think you should be. You already have the courage and the strength to live more, to see more, to be more. You do! Together we’ll wake it up in a workshop that focuses on hip opening and backbends.
This workshop is appropriate for everyone with a regular yoga practice. Options will be offered for students at different levels.
Sunday – Oct 16 – 10:00a – 12:00p – Vinyasa – Form & Flow
An Adventure Yoga Alignment-Infused
In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to get into your body, step into the flow of your breath, and lose yourself as you move, breathe, and sweat. Expect minimal instruction (for maximum movement) for the first half of class before you dive into more challenging poses, with a focus on refining your alignment.
Sunday – Oct 16 – 1:00 – 4:00 – The Practice
A 3-hour led practice where Stephen shares his practice with students. Come prepared to explore, including advanced postures, in a fun, playful, and adventurous setting. This is a chance to practice with Stephen in the way he works to deepen his own knowledge and skills when he practices on his own. This will be a well-rounded workshop with extra focus on pushing the boundary with your arm-balance skills.
This workshop is appropriate for everyone with a dedicated yoga practice. Options will be offered for students at different levels.
