Runners and cyclists can benefit from the same knowledge we teach in yoga. When you go out for a bike ride or a run, it’s common to put little thought into how you hold your body while exercising. If you run and cycle without focussing on form you can easily injure your ankles and knees, give yourself lower back pain, create shoulder soreness, and develop neck pain and headaches. This sequence can be done before or after you go out for a ride or run, either as a warm-up or a cool down. The sequence speeds up the the key techniques and poses Stephen taught in the 60 minute Yoga For Runners & Cyclists. Here’s more information!
