Strong Hot Core Yoga is a class developed by our teachers in House of Yoga Waterford and combines a strong and dynamic yoga class with specific alignment and energetic principles which promote and develop core stability.
Designed for those who are short on time but like a strong and intense workout. This challenging class will take you through a series of focused, progressive postures to promote a cleansing sweat and increase strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The heat improves the body’s pliability in order to deepen your practice.
The concentration and precision of the core focus of the class is integrated with the lengthening and elongating effects of yoga poses to create a unique full body practice, and bring intelligence of strength and flexibility into the core. A strong core is essential to a happy back so this class is especially beneficial for those who have any back pain or vulnerabilities in their spine, as well as those who really want a deeper sense of what a strong core actually means.
