Here's what you can expect from Adventure Yoga.
Join Stephen on Saturday May 13 for a 2-hour mini-workshop (or if you prefer you can call them “slightly longer classes”). Expect a fun, educational, and challenging asana practice, pranayama (breath work) and some quiet meditative time on a journey into deepening yoga in your life. In this Hatha workshop you will learn more about anatomy, refine your alignment, and tap into your own strength and courage. We will focus on shoulders and upper back.
