Consistency is important to keeping your practice from dropping off again. You don’t have to do a vigorous 90 minute practice everyday – just get on your mat. One way is to keep you yoga mat down instead of rolling it up everyday. Just do some yoga – and don’t stress if you skip a day or two, just come back to it when you can. This is a short 20 minute class that you can come back to regularly to help you practice consistently. It’s long enough to get you moving (it’s a vigorous 20 minutes!), and long enough to get your heart-rate up, but not so long that you have to cancel appointments or forget to pick up the kids after school.
