Here's what you can expect from Adventure Yoga.
In this class we won’t speed through a bunch of vinyasa poses, but we will methodically, carefully get your body warmed up, and moving to wake it up from your yoga hibernation. Everyone of us goes through periods when we aren’t practicing, and the longer it lasts, the more impossible it seems to get back on the mat. We’ll do some gentle twisting and turning, get your body moving without a bunch of super heated vinyasa work, and wake you up to help you get back to a regular practice.
