Runners and cyclists can benefit from the same knowledge we teach in yoga. When you go out for a bike ride or a run, it’s common to put little thought into how you hold your body while exercising. If you run and cycle without focussing on form you can easily injure your ankles and knees, give yourself lower back pain, create shoulder soreness, and develop neck pain and headaches. We’ll dive into key techniques for aligning yourself so you can minimise all of these problems.
