This kayaking meal plan is filled with kayaking meal ideas. We used this plan on our five-day four-night sea kayaking trip to the Broken Group Islands in British Columbia. These meal ideas can be adapted to be used as a meal plan for any kayaking or camping trip. All of the meals are vegan which is ideal when you’ll be without refrigeration for several days!
